If your product is not going to be ready to ship for delivery by the
promised date, it is your responsibility to call EQ Purchasing as soon
as the delay is known. Contact the EQ Buyer to determine the
mutually-agreeable revised delivery date.
Although EQ's receiving hours are generally 8:00 a.m. until 5:00
p.m., Monday through Friday, receiving hours at EQ facilities may vary.
We recommend that you confirm the receiving hours prior to delivering
All shipments must include a packing slip.
The packing slip must be highly visible and attached to the outside of the package or carton.
Please note the following on ALL packing slips:
- Purchase Order number (and, if applicable, the Blanket Release number).
- Packing slip reference number
- Date shipped
- Part number(s)
- Quantity Shipped
- Correct "ship to" address as shown on the Purchase Order
Failure to comply with these provisions may result in a
return of shipment, a delay in payment, and/or an administrative charge
in the amount of $100 or 5% of the order. For further information, see
